“. . . If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;”(John 8:31)
This beautiful Bible Lesson provides a mental walk along the passages that Jesus, the Christ, walked, taught, healed and lived. Along the way, we are given the opportunity to listen and learn, watch and follow; and strive to be dedicated followers of Christ Jesus.
“And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people.
“And his fame went throughout all Syria: and they brought unto him all sick people that were taken with divers diseases and torments, and those which were possessed with devils, and those which were lunatic, and those that had the palsy; and he healed them.” (Matthew 4: 23, 24)
“It is not well to imagine that Jesus demonstrated the divine power to heal only for a select number or for a limited period of time, since to all mankind and in every hour, divine Love supplies all good.
“Our Master cast out devils (evils) and healed the sick. It should be said of his followers also, that they cast fear and all evil out of themselves and others and heal the sick. God will heal the sick through man, whenever man is governed by God.
